Shoyu Beef Ramen Pasta

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Sun Noodle Shoyu Ramen noodles

  • 1/2lb Beef Sirloin

  • 1/4lbs Brussels sprout

  • 2 Scallions, cut in thirds

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 4 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 Whole red pepper

  • Pinch of Black pepper  

Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Shoyu soup base

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, stir shoyu soup base and sugar together.

  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil and sauté garlic, scallions, red pepper, and brussels sprout until browned.

  3. Place the cooked vegetables in a separate dish and keep warm.

  4. Open one packet of Sun Noodle Ramen noodles and cook according to the directions of the packaging.

  5. In the meantime, heat a pan over high heat and sear the beef on all sides. Coat the beef with the shoyu sauce and cook until medium rare (130° -135°). Place the beef to the side to cool and cut into ¼ in slices.

  6. Toss the cooked vegetable and noodles in the pan with the leftover sauce.

  7. Place noodles on a serving plate and top with vegetable and sliced beef. Slurp and enjoy!
