Spicy Sesame Hiyashi Chuka

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Sun Noodle Spicy Sesame Ramen noodles

  • ½ lbs. Chicken thigh

  • ½ oz. Scallion

  • 2 Grape tomato, sliced

  • ¼ Lettuce, chopped

  • A pinch of Sesame Seeds

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Spicy sesame soup base

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • ½ tbsp Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Soy Milk

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

  2. In a separate bowl, add spicy sesame soup base with sugar, vinegar and soy milk. Mix until well combined.

  3. Open one packet of Sun Noodle Ramen noodles and gently loosen the noodles. Bring 7 cups of water to a boil and cook for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

  4. After noodles are finished cooking, strain and run under cold water.

  5. On a serving plate, add lettuce, noodles, chicken and then top with the sauce, tomato, scallion, and sesame seeds.

  6. Slurp and enjoy!
