Spicy Miso Mazemen with Hodo’s Southern Barbecue Tofu Cubes

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Sun Noodle Miso Ramen Kit

  • 1 pack Hodo’s Southern Barbecue Tofu Cubes

  • 1TBSP Cooking oil

    Spicy Miso Sauce

  • 1½ TBSP Miso soup base

  • 1 TBSP: Toasted sesame oil

  • ½ TBSP Favorite garlic chili crisp

    Suggested Toppings

  • Green onion

  • Shredded Nori (Optional)

  • Sesame seed

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a serving bowl, mix miso soup base, sesame oil, and garlic chili crisp until combined.

  2. Heat a fry pan on medium high and add cooking oil.

  3. Stir fry Hodo’s Barbecue Tofu cubes until browned and put aside for topping.

  4. Cook one portion of noodles for 2:00 minutes.

  5. Once the noodles are cooked, drain the water from the noodles.

  6. Add noodles into the sauce and mix until fully coated.

  7. Top the noodles with Hodo’s Southern Barbecue Tofu Cubes, green onions, shredded nori, and sesame seeds.

  8. Slurp and enjoy!
