Chipotle Mazemen

Ingredients:
1 packet of Sun Noodle Kaedama Ramen noodles
2 oz. Ground pork
3oz. Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
¼ cup Coriander
1-2 oz Mexican cheese
¼ Red Onion, cut into rings
1 oz. Sweet Corn
¼ Jalapeno, thinly sliced
2-4 Grape tomato, sliced
Lime
Directions:
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add oil and sauté garlic and ground pork; until browned. Combine chipotle sauce and mix until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
Open one packet of Sun Noodle Ramen noodles and gently loosen the noodles. Bring 7 cups of water to a boil and cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
After noodles are finished cooking, strain and toss noodles in prepared sauce; until well combined.
Transfer noodles in a separate serving bowl. Garnish with coriander, Mexican cheese, red onions, sweet corn, jalapeno and grape tomatoes.
Serve immediately. Slurp and enjoy!
